What is VOÏA?¶
VOÏA (Voice of Client) is a conversational Voice of Client (VoC) platform that collects unstructured customer feedback and converts it into structured, analysis-ready data.
It replaces traditional surveys with AI-driven conversations and provides clear insights into customer sentiment, loyalty, and risk.

Quick Start Guide¶
1. Create Your First Campaign¶
A campaign is a survey you send to your customers. Here's how to get started:
- Click Campaigns in the sidebar
- Click Create Campaign
- Choose a name (e.g., "Q1 2025 Customer Feedback")
- Set start and end dates
- Customize your survey questions
Time needed: 5-10 minutes
2. Add Participants¶
Participants are the customers who will receive your survey:
- Navigate to Participants
- Add individually or upload a CSV file
- Include name, email, and any additional details
Time needed: 5 minutes (or instant with CSV import)
3. Simulate and Validate Your Campaign¶
Before you can activate a campaign, VOÏA requires you to complete a two-step vetting process to make sure your survey is ready:
- Open your campaign
- Click Simulate (or Preview for classic surveys) to run through the survey exactly as a respondent would
- Once simulation is complete, a manager reviews the campaign and clicks Validate
- After both steps are done, click Activate Campaign — invitations send automatically on your start date
Why this step exists: The simulation and validation gate ensures your survey is configured correctly before it reaches real customers. The Activate button is not available until both steps are complete.
Automatic reminders: VOÏA sends reminder emails automatically to boost response rates.
4. Review Your Results¶
Watch responses come in and analyze the results:
- Go to your Dashboard for a real-time summary of NPS, sentiment, and response rate
- Open your campaign and click Insights to explore the full tab-based analytics workspace — five tabs cover everything from high-level trends to individual account health
- Download executive reports to share findings with leadership

Understanding Your Account¶
User Roles¶
Admin
Full access to create campaigns, manage users, and configure settings.
Manager
Create and manage campaigns, add participants, view analytics.
Viewer
View dashboards and reports only (cannot create or edit).
License Tiers¶
Your account has specific limits based on your license:
- Campaigns per year
- Maximum participants per campaign
- Number of users
