AI-Powered Survey Intelligence¶
VOÏA captures customer feedback through conversational interactions, processes each response into structured data (NPS, sentiment, drivers, risk signals), and aggregates results into actionable insights at both campaign and account levels.
Conversational Survey Engine¶
Instead of traditional forms, VOÏA can conduct natural conversations with your customers using AI.
How it works: - Customers respond in their own words - AI asks smart follow-up questions - Conversation feels natural and engaging - Data is automatically structured for analysis
Benefits: - Higher completion rates (customers prefer conversations) - Richer feedback (more detailed responses) - Less survey fatigue - Runs in the campaign's language (English or French)
Conversation Reliability¶
VOÏA's conversational engine is designed to handle connection problems without disrupting the participant's experience.
Automatic retry When a brief network hiccup or AI service disruption occurs during a conversation, VOÏA retries the turn automatically — up to three times, within a few seconds. The participant sees the normal "VOÏA is typing…" indicator throughout. Most transient problems are resolved this way and are completely invisible.
Clear error messages when retry is not enough If automatic retry cannot resolve the problem, participants see a specific, actionable message rather than a confusing technical error. Each message describes what happened and offers exactly one next step:
- Brief connection problem, answers preserved: a "Retry" button appears so the participant can resend their last message without retyping it.
- Session could not be reloaded: a "Refresh page" prompt appears. Refreshing lets VOÏA attempt to restore the conversation from where it left off.
- Session has expired: a clear card explains that the previous session is no longer available, with an option to start a new conversation.
Messages always in the survey's language Error messages follow the campaign's language setting — French for French campaigns, English for English campaigns — regardless of the participant's browser or device language.
No silent restarts Previously, if a session could not be loaded, participants would be quietly dropped into a fresh conversation without their prior answers — with no indication that anything had changed. That behaviour is no longer possible. Any session problem now surfaces a clear prompt so participants know what happened and what to do.
Automatic Analysis¶
VOÏA analyzes every response automatically:
Sentiment Analysis
Detects if feedback is positive, negative, or neutral
Key Themes
Identifies the main topics customers mention (e.g., "pricing," "support quality," "features")
Churn Risk
Flags customers who might stop using your service
Growth Opportunities
Highlights areas where customers want improvements
No manual work required - All analysis happens automatically in the background.
Executive Reports¶
Executive Reports bring together the most important findings from a campaign into a single, presentation-ready document you can share with leadership or stakeholders. The report is organized into eight focused sections that cover the full picture of campaign performance, customer sentiment, and relationship health.
KPI Summary A summary table that shows your key performance indicators side by side. Each metric row includes a sparkline — a miniature trend chart — so readers can see at a glance whether a number has been improving or declining over the campaign period. The NPS figure is color-coded (green for a healthy score, amber for a score that needs attention, red for a score requiring immediate action) so the most critical information is immediately visible. An AI-generated headline sentence at the top of the table translates the numbers into plain language for readers who prefer a quick summary.
Verbatim Highlights A curated set of the most representative customer quotes from the campaign, selected by AI to illustrate the dominant themes. Quotes are grouped by sentiment so readers can quickly see the strongest positive signals and the most pressing concerns in the customer's own words.
Feature Requests Rollup A ranked list of all feature and improvement requests surfaced by customers during the campaign, aggregated from verbatim responses. The most frequently requested items appear first, giving leadership a direct view of what customers are asking for most.
Theme Evidence For each major theme identified in the campaign, this section presents supporting verbatim excerpts alongside the theme's frequency and sentiment breakdown. It provides the evidence layer behind the Key Themes chart — useful when stakeholders want to understand not just that a theme exists, but what customers actually said about it.
NPS Driver Analysis Shows which themes are most strongly correlated with high NPS scores and which are most associated with low NPS scores. Each theme is shown with its frequency and directional NPS impact, so readers can see which areas — if improved — would have the greatest effect on overall customer loyalty.
Campaign Comparison A structured table that lets you measure the current campaign against one or more previous campaigns. Each metric is shown with a directional indicator — an upward arrow for improvement, a downward arrow for decline — so trends are visible without having to calculate differences yourself. A real-time search bar lets you filter the comparison table by metric name or campaign name. See the Campaign Comparison section for more detail.
Trends Modal An interactive overlay that opens when you click View Trends inside the report. It displays eight charts organized into two groups. The first group focuses on experience metrics: NPS trajectory, sentiment distribution over time, response volume, and completion rate. The second group focuses on relationship health: churn risk trend, growth opportunity trend, account balance score, and theme frequency changes. Use the Trends Modal when you want to understand the story behind the headline numbers and identify which direction things are heading.
Competitive and Risk Signals Surfaces any mentions of competitors, contract risk language, or escalation signals detected in verbatim responses. This section is only populated when the AI identifies relevant signals in the campaign data; if no signals are present, the section is omitted from the report automatically.
